RETURN POLICY

 

RETURNS

  • Havilah offers a one day return policy. This means that if you are dissatisfied with a product eligible for return, you must notify us within 24hrs.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, complete, in the same condition that it was received and must remain in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase.
  • Items that are not wrong or defective will not be accepted for return.
  • Items that have been opened, used, altered or installed will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
  • Havilah will pick up eligible items from your location. Please note that only one attempt will be made.
  • Approved replacements will be delivered within 5 to 12 working days depending on your location.
  • PLEASE CHECK THE EXCEPTION LIST BELOW TO KNOW IF YOUR ITEM CAN BE RETURNED

 

REFUND

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected by the Havilah team, the buyer will be notified of the status of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 (Ten) working days and paid into your preferred bank account.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Books
  • Stationaries
